Tile install work issue
DH decided to instal glass wall tile and purchases This wrong adhesive
As advised by a worker at home depot. We're having issues with sagging constantly putting in spacers and waiting for it to dry.
Are these tiles going to pop off one day because of this adhesive will it be ok when it finally dries I appreciate you asking your DH if knows about tile installation. I'm reall pissed about this.

Re: Tile install work issue
Just want to add a section my husband first started is completely dry and is adhered but I'm worrying since it was the wrong glue and doesn't even mention being used for glass tile sheets I'm wondering if someday soon they will just fall of the wall!

I would call the company and ask them. There are usually phone numbers on the packaging to contact them.

DH said the proper thing to use would have been thin set mortar. It looks like that adhesive is for vinyl tile so it's probably pretty strong. I would think that once you grout it it should be fine unless you installed it in a shower or somewhere that's going to get wet or a lot of abuse..

Txs, it was a challenge using that kind of adhesive. My DH should have looked at it when the Home Depot worker handed it to him. Do it yourself home renovations

I don't have any advice but I hate how the employees at Home Depot never seem to know anything about the products they sell. I've literally watched one worker there read something off the back of the can to me but they couldn't give me any further info or advice. I could have read the words on the can too, thanks but no thanks.

I agree with this. For every knowledgeable Home Depot employee I meet, I meet 3 or more that don't have a clue.
Its a shame since most of them dispense free advice as if it were candy, and it seems that the ones freest with advice are the least informed.
