Time for me to whine - in a workout funk
DH was gone for 2 weeks - with my job and Cailen I haven't been able to go to spin or run outside (besides the fact that the weather is awful for that anyway)
My Zumba classes are on break right now
DH came home last night - and I'm PMSing so bad I have no energy - I tried doing P90X, but I think bedtime after Cai goes down is just not ideal for me to do it - I might have to wake up early in the AM instead - I only could do a half hr tonight
Since DH is home tomorrow morning I can go back to 5AM spin, but I haven't woken up in 2 weeks at 4 for this spin class, I feel so unmotivated to do it again tomorrow AM - especially knowing it will probably be freezing out...

It's hard when you loose your momentum. But I know you'll get it back!
I give you a lot of credit getting up that early and going to spin class. I am really not a morning person and would have a lot of trouble with that.

That IS tough getting up that early to work out, but you did it before, so you can do it again!! I say just get right back to it, and in a few days it will feel like you never stopped.

I am so with you, i got very sick and couldn't work out and now I'm in a funk. Gotta just get up and do it. And then keep doing it...

Getting up that early is tough- just force yourself to do it. Once you get in the routine- you'll be fine!

It's so hard this time of year! I wish I could workout before work, but I have to leave my house at 6, so that's not happening.
Besides my PT, I have hardly worked out at all for the past two weeks.
I think I have to suck it up and join a gym, I just didn't want to spend the extra $$ right now.
Oh well...
Hope you get your groove back!

sleep in your workout clothes! Sports bra and everything. You will find it very hard not to get up if you are dressed already.
i used to wake up at 3:45 to go to the gym and I had to do this. I rarely missed a day.

Im with you on this one.. I DO NOT want to spend $$$ on gym. I have to get my azz up and do work out video's ..but in a funk myself. to boot this weather BLOWS.. running outside is FREE!

Our house got hit with the Stomach Flu only 1 week into my workout (of course the day I bought my Five Fingers) and I have not worked out since. The worst part is that I feel like I was months ago, just making excuses of why this time or that time is not good to workout. I know that once I get back up & do that first training session, it will kick start me back into the routine.
(and I am waiting patiently for my new Zumba DVDs to come in the mail. I want to get good enough to go to a class soon!)
