Tingling Sensations in Face- should I call the doc?
It's driving me crazy! For the past few hours my face and scalp have been tingling. It's like the feeling you get right before pins and needles sets in- kind of a numbness but i can still feel things.
It's happened a few times before- but not for hours like this.
Should I call the doctor? The office is closed already- I'd have to call the Emergency line.
I checked my heart rate and although it's a little high- it's in the normal range (98 BPM)
Edited to change title hoping for a response...

Just saw this - I would call. I'm not sure if it's normal or not, but I never had that with DS.

I actually had this right in the cheek area. My doc said it was not normal, but i think she had to say that, you know what i mean?
It went away eventually. Are you having a tough pregnancy?

I have had that feeling before when i drank coffee but not during this pregnancy so I cant say it is normal. You should just call your doc or whomever is on today.

Re: Tingling Sensations in Face- should I call the doc?
Thanks ladies! I called the doc yesterday and he said if I had drooping in one side of my face it could be bell's palsy. I didn't have any drooping or slurring.
He said I could've pulled something or pinched a nerve in my neck without knowing it so I should take 1000mg of tylenol. If it didn't go away within a few hours I was to go to the hospital.
Thank goodness it went away- totally not ready to go to L&D
