Lately, it seems like I'm tipping everyone. Movers, delivery guys carrying my heavy couch through the hot sun, etc.

Depends on how nice they are to me & how good they are. Usually everyone that typically gets tips. The nail ladies, the waiters& delivery people.

Come christmastime my building's doormen
I don't tip my hair stylist because she is the owner. But when she worked an someone else's salon I always tipped her 15%.
