Tipping day care
I have no idea what to tip the day care workers. My son loves it there but we have 7 "teachers" to tip and the 2 front desk people and the 2 directors.
Help!

I gave the 2 directors gift baskets.
Head Teacher $150
My fave teacher $100
3 teachers $50 each
i forgot to say it was in the form of a Commerce gift card which comes nice in a red box

We ended up getting a lot of gift cards (40-50 each) and something small (soap) to go with it. Also got gift baskets for the directors. We are poor now but they take care of our baby so it's worth it.

My DH thought I gave too much, but now I'm thinking I didn't do enough.
DD was in 2 rooms this year (each with a head and an asst) so I gave all 4 teachers $35 Simonmall Visa cards.
I was thinking about sending the directors a fruit basket or something. It's probably too late

I think that's fine. I didn't tip the girls in DD's class. I bought them gifts and couldn't spend very much. It's the thought that counts though

I gave $50 Macy's gift cards to DD's 2 current teachers. They are great. They go above and beyond.
I gave $25 Macy's card to DD's previous teacher. She had her for 2 months but she still interacts a lot with DD.
I haven't got anything for the director. I'm thinking about it though. Something small.

I gave the girls who look after my son a small gift box from Lush (like the body shop) I spent £5 ($10) on each of the 6 girls and they were beyond thrilled.

I gave $50 gift cards to the two teachers who have been with DD since the first day and are with her all day, then I gave $25 gift cards to the two assitant teachers who help out in the classroom.
