Hello.
I'm having a fence put in by a reputable company. 2 men have been putting the fence in over 3 days now. They are very nice and doing a good job. I'm unsure if I should tip. And if so, how much?

I've looked this up online and most people say there is no need to tip. But I just wanted to check here since sometimes we li-ers do things differently than other places.
