tipping question - fence installation
we're having our fence installed today and tomorrow. It's a guy that works for Rose but he does jobs privately on the side. He has a team of himself and 3 other workers. DH seems to think it's his job to tip his men but I'm thinking $20 a piece would be nice (for the 3 workers not the guy who hired them). What would you girls do?

we used them. we have the head guy $100 and the other guys $25. But he did work for my dad in the past and gave us a great price. (he also had to move some fence he putup because we changed our minds)
