TMI - Help--quick question--How do you know if your water breaks?
Anyone up?
I'm 35 weeks I just woke up for my 3rd bathroom break and I felt wet in my underware. I went to the bathroom and did #1 then I changed them and found they were wet again. A perfect circle towards the front of the.
Do you think its urine? I wiped a few extra times and changed them again and so far--dry.
Should I call the Dr.? Is it a slow leak?
But I always feel wet "down-there" all the time. Now I'm getting nervous, 'cause yesterday I had a few pains and I spoke with the nurse and she said it probably the baby positioning.

i am always wet there too and when my water broke it was a gush. if it was a slow leak you'd be like a faucet on low: as if you were peeing and couldnt hold it in.

if you have a slow leak, best way to tell is lay down for a half hr with no undies... stand up, and if there's liquid rolling down your leg, call the dr!

when my water broke I soaked through the pants I was wearing. you might be peeing on yourself. That happened to me too at about 36/37 weeks. I had DC at 38 weeks.
my peeing stopped thankfully. but if it continues throughout the day I would call Dr. just to be safe.

really oh ok. I had control when I was in the bathroom.
I just checked again its most not wet. So it probably was urine.
This is my 2nd and I feel so dumb---like I should know this, but I can't remember things....Only that when it was my 1st I went to the bathroom and when I got up there was a little light pink liquid drop on the floor and then I called and went to the hospital and 8-9 hours later my son was born.

With my 1st, I soaked my pants, but it was only when we got in the car and on the way to the hospital.

When my water broke I heard a pop and than a huge gush, soaked my shorts and there was a huge puddle on the floor, I was still leaking a lot for hours after.

When my water broke I heard a pop and than a huge gush, soaked my shorts and there was a huge puddle on the floor, I was still leaking a lot for hours after.
this exactly. a pop and a huge gush that left actual puddles on the floor and kept doing that for hours. dont know about what a slow leak would be like though.

I posted like at 7:00 this morning---I would think I would still be leaking more by now, right? So far nothing or feels about the same.
