TMI-Im freaking out, I just changed DD's diaper...
And there was a tiny bit of blood mixed in with her poopy diaper. I only give DD breastmilk and I have been concerned because her bowel movements have been very few and far in between, this week she went 4 days without one. Well anyway I just changed her and it seemed to be extra watery and then I noticed that there was some blood in there. I dont know what to do. Should I call the doctor's emergency service?

She more than likely strained the last time she took a solid poop and got a little tear. I'm sure it's no big deal, but if you're worried, go ahead and call the service, that's what they're there for and it's not even 10pm, so you won't be disturbing anyone.

Was it a lot of blood? Just a drop? How old is DD?

Do you drink milk or have alot of dairy? There might be something that you eat that she may be allergic too. You just might have to change your diet a little. Hang in there - it will be ok

This is what I was going to say too. I wouldnt call unless it was more then a big drop and wait till the am and see if it happens again.

She probably just got a small tear in the anal lining, but like I said, if you're uncomfortable, go ahead and call the Dr service.

I would call tomorrow just to ask about it, but I don't think a tiny drop is too bad. If you see more, then I might call. I think your sweet little one is just fine, but wHen they are so little everything is scary.

This is the first thing I thought of. DD started at 10wks with small streaks of blood in her poop and it turned out she had a dairy allergy. I had to cut dairy out of my diet in order to continue BF and once I did her poop was fine.

Usually, they say if it is red blood it is less dangerous as it means its fresh and more likely a small tear in her bum. DD has had this before both from a milk allergy and from straining.
You should call tomorrow so they can determine if it is a milk allergy but I do not think it is anything to worry about or an emergency.
