To anyone who has quit smoking cold turkey....
I am on day 2 and I am doing pretty well but, I am totally exhausted!!!! I was wondering if anyone else had this as a nicotine withdrawal symptom???
I have been reading online that it does happen but no one I ever knew who did this seemed as tired as I am in the beginning...
thanks in advance..

I was exhausted because I couldn't sleep. Another one of those lovely withdrawal symptoms. Congrats to you for getting this far!!!! Keep hanging in there!!

Happened to me too. It stinks, but about a week later I came out of it. Good luck and congrats to you!

I don't remember - I was too busy biting people's heads off...
It's a stimulant so it would make sense that your sleep habits are affected.
Congrats! And KUTGW!!

I don't remember being tired, I did get very sick (like flu symptoms) for a week.
Good luck!

Yes, happened to me. I also quit because I found out I was PG. DH quit also at the same time and he said he was always tired. (I know he wasn't knocked up).
