Toddler or twin bed?
I'm getting ready to switch DS into a bed. I need to keep his crib a crib since baby #2 is on the way.
I have a twin bed, would just need to get rails or should I get a toddler bed?

I say if you already have a twin, why bother with a toddler. Just go out and buy some rails.

Personally I would go with the twin for 2 reasons.
One - you have it already.
Second - why go to a toddler bed, when eventually you have to transition again to a twin bed

twin - especially since you have it - with the toddler bed you would need to get another crib mattress.

I agree. That's what I did with my oldest. A regular mattress is so much more comfy than a crib mattress.
