So, how much (typically, or on a "good" day):
- milk per day -- 2 sippy cups (16 oz)
- dairy (besides milk) per day-- cheese stick; yogurt
- protein -- scrambled eggs; chicken nuggets, hamburger
- veggies -- broccoli and carrots
- fruits -- bananas, grapes, blueberries and strawberries

She eats cheerios almost every morning for breakfast with either a banana or a cup of blueberries.

Lunch is a scrambled egg, turkey breast or grilled cheese usually.

Dinner is chicken (cutlets or nuggets), or hamburger and rice or pasta as a side. She loves broccoli, so I usually add it to her dinners.

DD is 25 months.

Milk - she drinks @ 5 oz per day.
Yogurt - she eats no less than 6 oz per day, sometimes as much as 12-15 oz.
Cheese - depends - usually 2 slices per week in a grilled cheese sandwich, and pizza 1x per week
Protein - Lots. She eats bean burritos for lunch at least 1x per week, if not 2x, has chicken for dinner 5x per week, eatsh PB&J for lunch 1x per week
Veggies - something we need to improve on - they get served, but she often won't eat them. They are incorporated into her lunch burritos though
Fruit - fresh fruit every day

DD is almost 3.5 years old.

Milk-- probably 10 oz a day
Water-- probably 10 oz a day
Dairy--cheese or yogurt daily, sometimes both
Fruit-- loves them all (bananas, oranges, apples, pears, all berries, raisins, grapes, melons) and has 2 servings per day
Veggies-- loves raw veggies with ranch dip and has 2 servings daily
Protein---not a big meat eater, probably 1 small serving of protein a day (fish sticks, eggs, a chicken finger, almonds)

My son is 2.5.

Milk - he drinks 2-4 cups soy milk a day. One at breakfast and one before bed - some days that is all he wants to drink. Lactose intolerant so soy is what he drinks.

Cheese - one of the few things he eats for lunch but lactaid cheese. Usually 2 slices with crackers for lunch a few times a week. He loves parm. cheese and shredded regular cheese and he'll get that here and there but since he is lactose intolerant - I have to no overdo it.

Veggies - he loves veggies...use to think he was a vegetarian. Eats everyday with dinner and sometimes with lunch. Canned green beans, peas and broccoli are faves. Also likes corn, carrots - uncooked mostly or cut a certain way it cooked, cucumbers, tomatoes, crunchy romaine letture, avocado (is that a veggie?).

Fruit - 1 -2 servings a day. Everyday with breakfast and sometimes as a snack. Mostly apples, pears, apple/pears, strawberries, grapes and watermelon and cantalope. Ude to eat others but now boycotts bananas, madarin oranges, other melons, mango, etc.

Protein - hmm...mostly only eats Perdue chicken nuggets for dinner. Loves beans though - is that a protein? Loves red, white and black beans so I'll give them as a side with dinner. Just started eating port (if cut a certain way and not seasoned). Eats meatballs but can be picky about the shape, size, no sauce. Will eat meatloaf if I shape like a meatball (make in mini muffin pans and he eats it - go figure. Loves hot dogs and sausage. Scrambled egg for lunch - 1-2 times a week.
