No tomatoes in mac salad. It would get to runny. I like crunchy things in my mac salad.

I like them when they are chopped VERY small and if the salad will be eaten all THAT day. But it has to also have crunch in it - chopped celery, etc.

No, not in macaroni salad if you are doing a creamy dressing and actual macaroni pasta. Now for an oil-based pasta salad in general, I do like tomatoes in it.
