Took a 2 hour spin class on Monday night
It was amazing, keeps getting me thinking about how much I would like to get certified to teach it. Used to teach many classes back in the day and miss it

I didn't know you could get certified at World Gym. That is actually the gym I belong to!

K, wish I could but we will be in Florida, I saw that there will be one soon in Hicksville though

i think i had the wrong world gym... i'm at the one in wantagh and i think the cert is at ronkonkoma. but at wantagh i'm there monday nights at 7!
