Took my first trip to the ER with Maddie today
Her cold that she developed on Sunday manifested into restrictive airway disease which caused her to start wheezing. After 3 nebulizer treatments at the pedi's office she still wasn't happy with how Maddie sounded so off to the ER we went. Luckily by the time we got there the 3 txt's finally decided to kick in and the ER doc was pleased with how she responded to the treatment so she didn't need any extensive testing or treatments other than a chest x-ray. We're home now with a home nebulizer, she's actually been pretty good about taking it so I can't complain.
