mmmm cheese is my fave food. i love them all. (EXCEPT blue cheese, im allergic)
i never know the names though....
the stinkier the better though.
i always like a semi soft goats milk cheese though.
eta: its always best with fennel raisin bread yum

I would have to say my 2 favorites are Fresh Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar, but I like most cheeses.
