Town of Brookhaven- Fence codes
Does anyone know the maximum height that a fence can be? DH wants to attach lattice to the top of our back fence to have the ivy grow higher and give a better barrier. I am sure this is not aloud but he will not believe me until he sees it in black and white.
ETA: there is no neighbor behind me, it is a sump

I think 6 feet, but if the fencing co doesn't know, maybe you can find it on the brookhaven town website? You can do a search under codes.
