Transition- 2 naps to 1- 16 months

Twin A is not ready to transition. She does well with 2 naps a day about 45 min to an hour long. Twin B on the other hand would rather sleep 1.5-2 hrs all at once in the morning and be done with napping. I'd really like to keep them on the same schedule, but trying to force Twin B to nap in the afternoon is not working. What do I do???

I dont have an answer, but I am in the same situation. they always take the first nap together, but then dont always sleep for the second nap or take the second nap at different times. Today for both attempts at the second nap they talked to each other it's a doubled edged sword. It was so cute, but dinner was a train wreck because they were both sooooo tired.

I made a point of getting them out and running around this afternoon and the nap was much better.

I am hoping once the weather gets better the napping will too!!! Can only hope right?
