Transitioning to milk.....
Paige had her year appointment yesterday. Everything was good. We on now transitioning to milk but he only wants her to have like 18 ounces of milk a day. I dont know how im going to do that. This kid is used to her bottles. 18 ounces seems like such a small amount. I know she should be eating a lot more food, but she was never a big eater.
Im hoping that she will eat more now that im giving her less to drink. Did anyone have problems transitioning her to such a small amount a day? Does 18 ounces sound about right? For some reason im nervous about this.

How many bottles does Paige take a day? How many ounces per bottle?

Jen slowly reduce the amount of oz's in the bottle. How many bottles is she drinking a day. She shouldn't have more than 3 or 4, maybe phase one out if she's getting more than that.
Hannah doesn't drink any - so I can't help you. She's fine, she definitely increased her food intake when we stopped the formula.

18oz's is exactly what Bryan takes in everyday. He loves the milk (thank goodness) and is doing great with it. I will admit, if he's cranky, I'll give an extra ounce or 2, but, so far 18oz is pretty much what he takes in. I also give him water, and, sometimes juice during the day as well.

How many ounces do you put in each bottle, how many bottles do you give him and how do you space it out? Do you give one right when Bryan wakes up and then one at night time? This is what is confusing me.
