triggering tonight. help me with the shot!
ok i am freaking out about the HCG shot.
i know i lean on the opposite leg of where the shot's being administered. turn the foot in of the leg thats getting the injection, right?
im nervous about the spot too. hands on hip and drop an inch?
any advice?

you should look for videos on youtube, I found them really helpful when I had to self-inject

Air in the needle is only life threatening if the injection is being inserted intravenously. The trigger shot is am IM injection.
