I'm in my 7th month, and I feel great - 6th month is still sort of early enough where you can run around and have fun - I would go to Hawaii in an instant even now, and I'm beginning to feel preggo!!!

If your OB gives you the okay I say GO and have a blast - you know you can do a one night lay over in LA if you want to break up the flight this is what my family did both times we went to Hawaii when I was in high school

I agree. I would go also.  
I'm not sure if I would do a stop over in LA/SF or if a direct flight would be easier for a 6 month'er. At 7 months I was getting uncomfortable sitting for long periods of time. On the way back, they have redeyes direct to Newark.

I am in this dilemma now - looking to go go California in the end of Feb/early March - I am due in the end of April.
I have to call the doctor tomorrow to see if it is ok.

GO! And if since you're using reward points, go business or first class 
We took a trip to London at the end of my 2nd trimester, and I was FINE on the flight (it definitely helped that were were in first class with the comfy seats)

I would go in a heartbeat
We took a 'babymoon' when I was about 18 wks preggo.. to the Bahamas.. best thing we ever did, and I enjoyed the time alone with DH sooo much.. we just relaxed, sat by the pool , went to the beach, and ate and hung out .. so much fun! And as everyone else said - you might not get another vacation like this anytime soon once the baby comes, so enjoy it now!
