The Lorikeets (4th one down) used to be all over when I lived in Australia. The cats loved watching them Chat Icon . The Cockatoos scared them, though.

Let's talk unique, but deadly tropical birds.

The Cassowary.

The pointed toe will kill you and they have been known to attack. I saw one once in the wild and a few times in the zoo.

It's such a long story, but it's related to studies, marriage, and divorce, and I just stayed abroad.

Freaking Australia and their animals! At least here in Germany, not too many scary animals except the pine martens (like a ferret) that chew up hoses in your car.

Word on the street is that they prefer BMWs. Chat Icon Don't have one of them anymore.
