True Blood 8/22- No book spoilers please!
It made me laugh to see Eric dictating a will, and him callling Yvetta a gold digging *****.
Sams flashbacks were interesting, but I'm not sure what storyline they are opening up? 
Same for Jesus and Lafayette- where is the black arts and witchcraft thing headed?
I can't believe Arlene would deceive Terry that way. 
What's the point of Tara telling Andy Bellefleur thats he knows he didn't kill Eggs? Now she knows the truth, what is she planning to do about it?
I love that Jessica flung Tommy off of Hoyt like that.

Is it sad that I don't care about most of the other storylines besides Eric, Bill, and Sookie? 
The Sam thing seems to be some kind of post-traumatic stress flashback. Like he used to be a violent person and he's remembering his past now. If his brother finds out, can you imagine how he'll react? He'll definitely say "I told ya so!" that's for sure.
Someone here totally called the Jesus/Lafayette thing and the witch doctor. I never really noticed. Which means almost everyone on the show is *something*. And then Tara says that Sookie's brother is a "protector"... Don't know if that means anything.
So now we know Sookie is a fairy. I'm wondering if there's anything else she can do that we don't know about yet. I wonder if her Grandmother was one too. Can males be fairies? Was Eggs really there in that cemetery during her first visit to fairyland?

Oh and I kept waiting for that kiss between Eric and Sookie to be a dream sequence. WOW she kissed him BACK!!! Iiiiiiinteresting. Now he's got her chained up in the basement. I wonder if he's going to make the best of that...

I am happy that they said what Sookie is and I had the same exact reaction she had!!! Completely LAME!! A fairy really!!!
And crystal is a panther?? Really!!! So there are shifters, werewolves and now panthers!!!wonder what is so special about them!!!
I must say I am disappointed in Sookie!!! I don't get why she doesn't trust bill!! At this point I think she should!!' why would she ever trust Eric??

Yes I assume males can be faires dont know if they are called that  but remember last week her cousin brought her son and he was also able to read minds!

Great episode!
I am team Bill but I think he is hiding something. I think he was originally sent to Bon Temps by the Queen to "procure" Sookie but then fell in love with her instead. I think his love for her is genuine but he is afraid he will lose her if she finds out the truth.
I am not sure what is going on with Eric! Is he locking her up to protect her? Did he really have to chain her up by her neck?
Tara- Jason kiss- not sure where that's going to go. Remember she was in love with him first season? Also now Crystal is back in the picture?
At this point I don't know how this season is going to end! I definitely think Jesus will be around next season- I wonder what his grandfather's plans were for him? Also how did he know about La Fayette's great grandmother?
And at Terry when he found out the truth - he is such a good guy! I hope she doesn't mess this up...
Also I think they are showing Sam's violent past to parallel the "hot headness" his brother has (who is starting to annoy me btw!)

You don't have to worry much about book spoilers anymore... they revealed just about anything important that I can think of wrt these storylines... at this point everything that's left is new/different from the book.
I loved that kiss between Eric and Sookie  
Russel Edgington is batshit crazy! I can't wait to see what goes down with him and Eric. I can't believe how he staked that guy. 
I wonder if they'll carry over the Crystal/Jason storyline into next season.. that's the only thing left that hasn't completely strayed from the book..

based on the coming attractions, I think that the reason that Eric chained up Sookie, is so that he can go out into the light and kill Russel, before Russel can kill him.
I do believe that he actually cares about her, based on the arguement that Eric and Pam had about using Sookie.
There is definatly something that Bill is still hiding. Most likely that the Queen sent him to find out more information about Sookie. Otherwise, why bother with bringing Hadley into the show at all?

My friend had the same theory about Eirc ... while I figured he wanted to be out in the daylight i didnt put together that he may be doing it so he can kill Russel
Even if Bill is hiding something from her I still think she should trust him. I think at this point it is obvious that he doesnt want to hurt her and he does love her and he will do anything to protect her!

I think Gran had a fling with a Fairy OR Gran's husband was one. Remember the newspaper cut out had a story about her Grandfather and it said "Blames Sixth Sense" so something is going on.
I kinda like that Eric is starting to act like his old self again, I don't like the softer side of him. I really hope Sookie drops Bill & Shacks up with Eric!
Tara bores me to tears. All she does is blame other people for the sh!t she get's into. UH HELLO didn't she have a 1 night stand with Franklin and beg him to bite her neck?!? She brought that on herself
I really like Russell! He's so twisted carrying around Talbot's remains in his Waterford Crystal urn. 
So Crystal is a Werepanther?!?
Hoyt & Jessica really, really need to work it out.

I liked the dictation of the will & Pam getting everything. If they ever do kill Eric off they should just end the series.
DH said "I'm waiting for the leprechaun to appear"...and lo & behold, Entourage was on next with Leprechaun Eric

ITA with all of this. I still do not trust Bill. There is something more to his story, Eric knows it and Bill is terrified that he will come out with it.

Tara and her non-stop crying has to go. I am SO sick of her.
Jessica and Hoyt make me smile. I really hope they get it together!
Crystal is another one that I do not care about.
I am trying to figure out what is going on between Jesus & Layette- all that black magic.
I also feel like the girl Sam had in his flashback is familiar. I am not sure who she is though.

I really enjoyed the episode.
Tara NEEDS to stop crying. Its just annoying.
I LOVED Sookie's reaction to finding out she was a fairy. And her and Eric... hot....
I love Pam. She is one my favorite characters. She is so damn deadpan. Blah blah blah vampire stuff blah blah blah....
The panther was so freaky looking....
So Lafayette's mom was right- we've seen the Cats and the Witches. Anything else coming?
