I LOVE both Monopoly and Scrabble but for a game table I would get the Scrabble.
DH is OK with Monopoly (it's not his fav.) but we have DIE HARD Scrabble games.

IMO, these games are PERFECT match for an antique game table.
I am serious... I suck at Scrabble and my brother was so cutthroat at Monopoly that i don't like playing. So, if I was gonig to the OP house I wouldn't want to play either.
What are the other options? Actually, a checker/chess board would look cool in a table.
Esp. an antiquey table = older classic games.
my apologies. thought you meant that you don't like the style (look) of these games.
Ohhhhhhhhh! No, I like the look a lot and think it is a really cool idea!  It's all good.
