Trypophobia - Fear of Holes - If you have it- do not click this post!
has anyone heard of this?
my coworker has this- he saw a picture of wood with holes in it, and absolutely freaked out- i felt so bad fo him- he had to change his seat for a few hours because the computer where he saw the pic was too much for him to handle
anyone have this?
id post a pic of the image that scared him, but i would not want anyone to open it and get freaked out if they had this issue

In a way I can kinda understand but not to that extent. I do get the creeps sometimes b/c it would make me think that something w/ tons of holes has bugs. I guess that's my association with it....I have no idea why?  I'd still be interested in seeing the pic though if you decide to put it up.

Is it a fear of the unknown, like not knowing what's in the hole or might come out of it? Or a fear of falling into a hole?

I have a fear of dropping my keys down a storm drain. I didn't have this fear yesterday, but after actually dropping my keys down a horrible gross rotting storm drain today, I am now scared of it.
Yuck. Phobias suck.

I have a fear of mayo
yesterday at subway the guy put so much mayo on the person behind me sandwich - I gasped
he took half off
but then the knife touched my sandwich
I still ate it- and sat next to my friend the person behind me
I guess my phobia could be worse

Ya, I'm getting a little itchy just looking at it!  Def. a resemblance of bugs.   Your co-worker's fear may be different assocation than that.......maybe not?

I have a fear of spiders, beetles and other insects but I don't associate pictures of holes with that. Weird
