ok, i COMPLETELY disagree with the post itself,but even MORE SO that its on the TTC board. completely inappropriate.
BUT. what happened to everything that everyone was saying on those threads the otther day- about if you dont like it, Move on? and 'No need to attack people'?
YES, i think it was a BAD choice to put it on TTC... but the other day, everyone seemed to be advocating for "people can post whatever they want, and no one has the right to tell them otherwise".. and now as soon as that's being challenged... that's all being thrown out the window?

I'm not comparing... they're definitely in two Totally different fields. BUT what i'm saying is... its one thing to say "This thread is completly inappropriate IMO"... and Another thing to start attacking the poster.
ESPECIALLY after last week when everyone was adimantly stating that "Who are we to say what other people can or cannot post".. and then other people starting threads preaching "If you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all"... but then as soon as its called into question, the rules get reversed.
AGAIN.. i completely Disagree with her posting it on TTC... and i'm not defending that whatsoever. but if people want to make up rules, then they cant really vary by poster or topic

no direct comments...
this was a direct comment to the specific person...
i just see it differently..

i actually completely agree with you.. i'm more just playing Devil's advocate.
because i think the same applies to last weeks threads.... that as much as people can voice their opinion and dislike for the TTC thread.... that those same rules apply to people voicing their frustration with certain posters/topics.
IMO both are acceptable... not that 1 is and 1 isn't.. because as 'hurtful' as it may have been in the vague sense of 'who are they talking about'... some of the things that are being said right now on that thread are just as hurtful. and Clearly directed. neither one is 'better' IMO

well....i see your point
BUT in both cases i feel that drama is exactly what was intended by the thread...
so they got what they wanted...
imo...i dont' thinki would care so much about the thread today if it was on another board
the threads last week..and the spitefulness of them...on any board i feel it was tactless and rude...

If she had just left it to the FHF board, this wouldn't have been a big deal, but TTC? How insensitive!!! No matter which way I look at it, I can't see ANY reason for posting there.
