Just wanted to share that I am obsessed with this program.
I've been doing ChaLean Extreme for the past 3 1/2 weeks and the program came with a Turbo Fire disc and I did a 25 min HIIT session on Tuesday and it's STILL killing me. I think I may do that program when my 90 days with this one is up. Either that or the Les Mills Pump one.
Are you signed up with Team Beachbody?
