When my grandmother hosted Thanksgiving (for most of my life) we started off with pasta and sausage & meatballs, then turkey!

Re: Turkey for Thanksgiving?

we start off with lasagna

then turkey, roast beef, pineapple ham and chicken cutlets and something called "falsomagro" which is like a braciole with hard boiled eggs and pepperoni and chopped meat inside of braciole steak

then stuffing, stuffed mushrooms, mash potatoes etc.

FH's family is having deep fried turkey this year! CANT WAIT!

Re: Turkey for Thanksgiving?

Every year it's different. When my brother cooks we have truducken (not this year, sorry!). When my mom cooks we have turkey or ham depending on what kind of mood she is in. This year it is lasagna and turkey.
