Re: TURKEY LONDON BROIL?
How do you have turkey london broil? I have never heard of that. I thought london broil is a cut of steak, like porterhouse and filet mignon.

Re: TURKEY LONDON BROIL?
No, it's also a cut of turkey.
It is the breast, butterflyed.

Re: TURKEY LONDON BROIL?
I cook it all the time & treat it the same way as chicken. I'll marinate it or cook it in crock pot, or bake, serve with gravy, etc.

I "think" London broil refers to the cut of meat rather than just a steak

Re: TURKEY LONDON BROIL?
I found this when i Googled Turkey London broil
Turkey cuts have come a long way. Newer ones include skinless, boneless turkey breast halves (sometimes labeled "turkey London broil"); turkey cutlets (often labeled "turkey breast filets"), a fine substitute for veal in a scaloppine; and turkey tenderloins. Turkey breast is very lean, so keep a close eye on these cuts to avoid overcooking.

Re: TURKEY LONDON BROIL?
at my boss's holiday party, he had a sit down catered dinner at his house, and they had this incredible Turkey London Broil that seemed to be marniated in balsalmic vinegar. I have never tasted anything so good!

Re: TURKEY LONDON BROIL?
I like to season it up & bake it!
I rub it with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme & garlic powder. Leave it covered w/ foil for 1/2 the cooking time, it keeps it moist! I make a gravy to go with it!!
More or less I cook it the same as I cook a chicken or turkey breast on the bone!
