Re: Turkey London Broil
You can prepare it anyway you want .... just sprikle it with salt, pepper, garlic, or marinate it in something like teryiaki sauce then bake/broil.
It is sooo good.
Here are a few recipes you can try though:
Turkey London Broil With Apricot Brandy Glaze Servings: 4 Estimated Times Preparation Time: 00:10 Total Time: 00:50 Ingredients 1 package Shady Brook Farms™ Turkey Breast for London Broil
Spice Rub 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons seasoned salt 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Apricot Brandy Glaze ½ cup apricot jam 2 tablespoons brandy or molasses 1 tablespoon mustard, dry ¼ cup orange juice
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix the spices together for the Spice Rub. Sprinkle on both sides of turkey breast. Mix the glaze ingredients together and set aside. Place breast on baking pan and place under broiler in oven. Broil for 5 minutes on each side. Cover and continue cooking 30 to 40 minutes, until cooked thoroughly and breast has reached an internal temperature of 170°F. Baste occasionally with Apricot Brandy Glaze throughout the cooking.
