How would you cook this? I feel like mine always dries out. I like meat the shred so I was thinking slow cooker maybe? Any ideas or recipes?

I'm making this tomorrow. I just marinate it in Robusto Italian dressing and bake it.

Thanks! I decided to wing it. I put celery, onion and carrot on the bottom of a crockpot, added some broth and some poultry seasoning. Added the turkey (used Zorn's roasting spice on top). Worked great!

I just bake at 350 degrees at about 30 minutes per pound. I season with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Simple, easy, and usually comes out moist.
