Has anyone ever made a Turkey London Broil ?
I picked it up at the butcher and I'm not sure how long to cook it or if I should grill it or broil it or roast it ?
I've been marinading it for 2 days and really need to cook it tonight.
Thanks.

"Julia Child’s rule of cooking poultry works pretty well here when roasting.
Allow 45 minutes and then add 7 minutes a pound to that time. For a 2 pound turkey breast, that’s 45+7+7 = 59 minutes.
Of course, you can always go by temprature - when the thickest part of the breast registers 165°F - it's done."

I have grilled it or broiled it depending on the season. They are very easy to do. Just keep an eye on it, it tends to burn quickly. HTH

We have them all the time! Baked for an hour, generally.
