Turning 30, what did everyone do for their 30th?
I am turning 30 very soon, I do not have any plans made right now. Il want to do something.
For everyone who has turned 30 What did you do to celebrate? Any ideas would be great. TIA

My husband took me on a trip for my 30th. We went to London.  I had a simple dinner with family and friends before we left.

I was a newlywed (married 2 months), so DH and I just went out to dinner. No big parties or anything.

I turned 30 six days ago. 
On my actual birthday we had brunch at 56th Fighter Group with my family, best friend and DH's family. It was really nice and yummy!
Tonight we are going out with our friend...6 couples...we are going to this place in CT that is all different levels....restaurant, comedy club and bar.

My brother and then FH (now DH) planned a surprise trip to Manhattan.
They rented a limo and bought tickets for Big Bad VooDoo Daddy at BBKings.
It was so much fun! My mom and step-dad were visiting from Illinois, so they came along too.

All of DH's friends turned 30 last year so this is some of the things that were done:
1 We went to United Skates and the girl rented out the entire place on a saturday night and it was 80s themed--so much fun
2 someone had a bowling party at dave & busters
3 we went to vegas for 5 days for someone else's 30th
4 halloween themed 30th
5 party at minnesotas
everyone else pretty much threw a party in their backyard or house

I had a party at a club (which is the same thing I did at 29, 28, 27 - my friend is a promoter). It was extra special because I announced I was pregnant!

We went out to dinner - DH & I. I'm not big into celebrating b-days. Dinner w/DH at a nice restaurant makes me more than happy.

well it was quite a long time ago now but...My family gave me a surprise party which was very nice...and then at night I went to a club with a bunch of my closest friends....

David surprised me with a trip to Vegas for mine. Even better was that friends came out to meet us as well - so that was a double surprise for me.
For his 30th, I took him to CA on a Sonoma County Wine Tour, then to San Francisco for a few days. We then drove down to LA to visit my SIL.

My family threw me party a bit before my actual birthday, but I spent my actual 30th at Mohonk Mountain House with just my DH. I love going there!

I went with 5 other girlfriends that were also turning 30 to a spa. It was amazing. We were there allllllllll day and even had 2 meals there. The husbands paid for it and it was wonderful!
