tv remote control help needed
can someone please tell me how i get the information to show up on the bottom of my television screen? as of right now all it says is No Data Available.
does anyone know how i get it back?

you can try rebooting the cable box
hold down the power button on the cable box
it will shut off and then say "boot" on the display screen
it might work; otherwise it is a cable issue and you have to wait for them

I could have sworn that it was something that needed to be done on the remote. I did this once before and I can't remember how I did it.
