two food raves!!!!
perfect breakfast cereal.
Kashi Honey Sunshine. 5 grams of dietary fiber. super super good (dh said it reminded him of a less sweet captain crunch) He loves it. he eats it for breakfast and sometimes in the afternoon as a snack with my MIL.
also...the wonder that are Oyster Crackers.
I must pick some up. they are the perfect picky eater foil I think. throw then in to soup, kids love crackers. they absorb all the nutrients from the broth. little balls of crunchy wholesome goodness. the kids don't even know what hit them!!!!
we go to this little farm stand restaurant. one week it was corn chowder. on Saturday it was tomato bisque. he normally eats soup really well but with those crackers it was insane.
if you have a hard time with soup (or even food in general) try them out. give them soup soaked oyster crackers!!!

On the surface Kashi looks like amazing cereals, but they give everyone one of us terrible gas.

They are high in fiber, & if your stomach isn't use to that much fiber, it could take a little getting use to for your system.
