I think I am going to try this. A little exercise is better than none at all and it's something I can easily do at night.
I will do the initial test tomorrow.

Okay so I did the initial test last night and made it to 30, which is way better than I thought I would do since I am incredibly out of shape. I even did it in front of a mirror to make sure I had good form. I am going to do 30 again tomorrow and then start the program on week 1 on Monday.

FYI- There's an app called 200+ squats! I just downloaded it...haven't yet tried it. I'm doing the initial test this AM>

I'm starting the 5th week. Can't do it today, already did 130 squats at the gym with weight this morning. I want to skip ahead I think.

Two Hundred Squats
Count me in. I did the initial test last night. I won't even post the amount because its so embarrassing! But I'm gonna do it.
I do have issues with my back when I do them. I have poor posture and think that's why, because it wasn't my legs that were giving me the issue.

DONE!!! Just did 200 straight full squats. I almost fell over at 198 but I made it. And I have no desire to do even one more than 200. I'm going to continue doing sets like week 5 on my light workout days. Going to try a narrow and wide stance as well. In my gym class already doing 120-130 with weight. Maybe try to get to 200 with weight as well. Good luck to all still working on this!

Did the initial test today. I did 50 and thought I did so good. Then I went upstairs to ask my DH to check my form. He said I wasn't going low enough. I thought I was but guess not. So I did them lower and could only do about 20. Terrible!!! I got alot of work to do.

I know I really have too. I work out in my basement and I don't have a full length mirror. I will have to go buy one. Well my legs are sore today so I did some kind of squat. My DH does Crossfit and he goes so low when he does a squat. He says the instructor yells at them if they don't go low enough. I just have to build my self up and do them right.

I always do them in front of a mirror, it really helps!
I am doing over week 2 starting today, I missed week 3 last week because DH was on vacation and I don't want to push myself too hard because then I know I'll give up
