Two Year Old Checkup
DH took Michael for his 2 year old checkup. He weighs 24.2 lbs and is 35 inches tall. They took blood but since he moved so much the ped had to stick him a second time to get the vein. I feel so bad for my little guy. Now DH is taking him down by the water to walk around and look at the boats.

That is what I said. I had to have DH repeat it. I think he might be wrong but he said no. When I go home today I am going to check his immunization card to make sure DH was right.

I thought the same thing -- 53 inches is about 4 1/2 feet tall!
Poor little guy had to get stuck twice  Hope he is enjoying looking at the boats with Daddy now!

That is what I was thinking too. I think DH is wrong. I hope he enjoys watching the boats too.

I don't think 53" can be right....maybe 35"? My DS is pretty big, he was 32lbs and 36". 53" would be 4 1/2 feet tall.
DS got blood taken too, it took me and a nurse to hold him still. It was heart breaking!
I am sure he has forgotten all about it by now and is having fun with daddy.

I think it might be 43" since when he was one he was 32". See what happens when men go do something they get the wrong info.
He did already forget about it because DH took him to Best Buy to get him a Diego DVD (like he needs more DVDs) and he is already singing "Go Go".

Yesterday he said that DS was 53 inches tall which made no sense so when I got home and I looked at his card and it said 35 inches. I told DH that he told me 53". DH says 53", 35" what is the difference. He is fine.
