Ugg slipper rant
DH got me a pair of the Dakotas for Christmas and I just realized they are ripping apart already.
Granted I can take them to the cleaner and he will probably charge me $5.00 to sew them back up, but it still pisses me off with the price they cost.
I know a lot of people aren't happy with the company especially after that FB thing went around, but I still love mine as winter flip flops.

The same thing happened to mine. I had gotten them from zappos and they took them back (months later) and sent me a brand new pair.

I wear mine everyday in the house for the past two Winters and they're holding up great. That sucks that you guys are having problems with yours.

And for what they charge for those things- that is insanity.
I'd write them an email or something.
I don't wear Ugss but was in Bloomingdales around the holidays and saw the slippers- out of curiosity I turned them over to see the price and almost fainted.
$110 for SLIPPERS to wear in the house?
Um, no thanks.

My Ugg slippers are a year old and look like crap! They are leopard print (I think it's cow skin?) and the fur/hair is wearing off all over the place. They're actually embarrassing looking. It's a sin how much they cost and how poorly they've held up. It's not like I'm walking miles in them, I just wear them around the house.
My Ugg boots also ripped but that was after 4 years of regular use so I can't be too upset over that.

When a pair of my uggs tore I emailed them about it. I mailed them to them and they replaced them with a new pair. Originally bought from Nordstrom but sent them to ugg

Ugg slipper rant
I've had my ugg slippers for almost 2 years and their still in perfect shape. I wear them all the time inside and occasionally outside to run out the dog.
I have the Ainsley ones though, there's a few less places to rip.
