Ugh food aversion episode
I made egg salad for lunch for the next couple days, thinking I'd be fine.
Well, I take a spoonful to taste it....OMG I felt nausea like I haven't felt - actually EVER during this pregnancy. Right after I tasted that I had to eat dinner and man I did NOT feel like eating. 
I can't believe I made all of that and now I'm scared to have it for lunch tomorrow! So I made pasta instead!
Should I presume I have an aversion to eggs now? Ugggh this bites!!! Anyone else have an aversion to eggs?

hard to say... for me the aversions come and go from day to day. i would hang on to the egg salad and see if you want it tomorrow!

so funny you posted this, Tara. Egg salad is one of the ONLY things I can eat right now... everything else makes me feel BLECH! I can barely eat a thing...

I can totally relate. I made egg salad about a month ago and I still can't stand the thought of eating it again. I used to love it so much. ugh, these food aversions are such a pain.

My aversions come and go. One day I could crave something and two days later the thought of it makes me want to wretch. Isn't that fun? Right now, the thought of egg salad is not a good one for me.

Just the thought of egg salad is turning my stomach. I have had some crazy food aversions- I don't want to think about chicken, mushrooms, coffee, or eggs. And I can't eat leftovers. For some odd reason I can't eat the food once it's been in the fridge. And I used to love leftovers. It is so weird.

Not necessarily - I had the same reaction to an egg sandwich I made a couple of weeks ago, but I've been able to eat eggs since then. Though, typing about eggs right now is making me feel queasy
