Have faith in your relationship. It sounds like your DH knows what is important in his life. I would not let her get to me. I know it is annoying and frustrating, but you have to look at it like this...you have him...she doesn't...no threat there!

I couldn't agree more with this statement.
Even if she contacts your husband, he should do the same unless it becomes so unbearable with her calling or IM him. If I were you, I'd not either IM or call her. He was your husband's friend and not yours. I'd speak to your husband and let him know so that he's aware of what's happening and can be prepared to ignore her when she tries to contact him. If she gets any type of response from either you or your husband this will only feed to have her try more. She will eventually get tired once she sees it's not working and she's not getting the attention. If she doesn't, then ask your husband to give her a call to tell her if she calls or IM him one more time, he's getting a restraining order for you and him against her.

but i wouldnt worry about it and not reply to any more IMs fromher
i thikn crazy people like her live for drama andd interaction and if she has none - she is more likely to go away
plus it sounds like your husband will tell her off i if she contacts either of you again!

I woudl tell me DH that I im'd her an apology & she said she's moving back to NY. I would also say "I have no interest in befriending this girl, what do you want to do?"
I would say that from DH's past actions, he's more than a stand up guy & that I have no worries. Yeah for DH for dropping her. She's a bad friend.
