Uhhhhh why do people need to blast music for the whole neighborhood to hear???
Everyday this kid down the block needs to blast he freaking music. The houses on my block are pretty close together....it's so loud!

 Last year this little a$$hole left his music on from 9P to 8am the next morning!!! I got no sleep that night

My neighbor does - a cd player in the back yard usually fires it up about 9am on a Sunday morning. He's about 50 and plays rock and sings along - it is truly awful. Not sure what is worse - the loud rock music or his God awful voice

The twin 17-year-olds who live next door to me have a band and they practice at their house. The noise drives me crazy, so I sympathize with you.
