i think those are some of the main things for an aneurysm (I'm just trying to disprove Darren's theory)

there's a few other one's too... those were just the ones i could think of off the top of my head. I'm sure they're listed on a web site, if you want to truly rule it out

Most brain aneurysms cause no symptoms and may only be discovered during tests for another, usually unrelated, condition. In other cases, an unruptured aneurysm will cause problems by pressing on areas within the brain. When this happens, the person may suffer from severe headaches, blurred vision, changes in speech, and neck pain, depending on the areas of the brain that are affected and the severity of the aneurysm. If you have any of the following symptoms or notice them in someone you know, see a health professional immediately.
Symptoms of a ruptured brain aneurysm often come on suddenly. They may include:
Sudden, severe headache (sometimes described as a "thunderclap" headache that is very different from any normal headache). Neck pain. Nausea and vomiting. Sensitivity to light. Fainting or loss of consciousness. Seizures.

Re: Ulnar Nerve
stoppppp it
Deb, it's very possible you strained the muscle right there too. If you're sleeping on the L side, you could have moved in the middle of the night, overextended the wrist to the right, and pulled/strained the muscle. I wouldn't worry too much just yet - ice it maybe, and mention it to the Doc next week.

I have none of these, I think we can rest assured now.

Re: Ulnar Nerve
ERod: several weeks ago, a PT where I work was performing some routine stretches on an elderly woman...she said that she was getting some stomach pain and wanted to go home - he felt her stomach, and found a very strong pulse! He sent her straight to the ER, and she was experiencing aortic aneurysm. He SAVED HER LIFE. How incredible...what a feeling, right?

i started researching this nerve....something about some D something or other in the spine. I am wondering if because my uterus is popping out from behind my bone...if its somehow shifting everything and puting pressure on the specific spot in the vein?

Definitely get it checked out. Hope it's feeling better soon!! for now- just try to keep your arm as straight as possible, and try not to lean on your elbow At all.

Re: Ulnar Nerve
I did some nerve damage to my shoulder as a result of sleeping with my arm in a different position - it was post partum. It took months before it felt better - so it it's similar sleeping in a new position won't help it right away.
I can't imagine that this is pregnancy related.I would call your doctor as soon as you can.
Hope you feel better soon!
