Ultrascreen question
First off, we got to hear our little babys heartbeat last night. I was 11 weeks 4 days and the babies heartrate was 178bpm. It was the most amazing sound!!!
Anyway, I am scheduled for my ultrascreen when I am 14 weeks, 2 days. In the pamphlet I got, it said that it should be done between 11 weeks 1 day, and 13 weeks 6 days. I called up, and the receptionist said it was fine. But I thought I heard somewhere that after 14 weeks isnt good. Does anyone know the answer? Thanks!!!

Call back and ask again. I wanted to reschedule mine so that my DH could go without taking off work and I wanted to go at 14 weeks, 1 day and they told me no way. I ended up going at 12 weeks, 6 days.

def call back... i had the same prob... and once my doctor found out she called herself and made me appoint... she said no way thats too late

I believe 14 weeks is too late. My friend went for hers in her 14th week and the tech said it was too late to get an accurate measure of the neck.
Definitely try to reschedule!!
Congrats on hearing the heartbeat
