ultrascreen I believe is a high def sonogram.... they use it to measure the fluid on the back of the neck of the fetus.... It is combined with a blood test that measures certain protein levels in the blood. the combo of the 2 results is plugged into a statistical program that determines the odds of the baby having chromosomal abnormalities.
