Here is the clip from the view... I also think she is annoying but at the same time, I can understand her excitment because her teen boy band crush is back.
ITA! I don't think she said anything wrong......I love Joy, she cracks me up!!
I agree, she didn't compare them to The Beatles, she said they were "The Beatles of her time" And I agree with her, I like NKOTB more than The Beatles. 
And I'm just as excited about this as she is! 
I did laugh when Whoopi said they are now the "Old Dudes on the Block"
