Are you looking for a really cheap one, or a nice one that folds very compactly?
I think 6 months is the standard age.

It fully reclines and it is light!

I have a Maclaren Volo and it is super light - I use that for errands or if I have to take him into the city with me. Does not recline. I would wait till she is around 6mths.

I don't know about the quest, but I have both a single and double techno.

i have the chicco one in red it reclines and wheels swivel as long as the baby fits you can put them in it

I have a Mac Techno and starting putting Bella in it at around 3 months. I use it everyday for the sitter and she loves it.
