Ummm... What does it mean when I start losing my mucus plug???
This morning I started losing it. Lots of mucus this morning.
I can't remember if this means anything or not. I lost it before having my 1st son but can't remember how far in advance it was, definitely not too far ahead and I never lost it with my 2nd son?
Any thoughts? I'll be 36w tomorrow? TIA!

I would think very soon! When I lost mine I went into labor within a few hours!

Between this today and the contractions it sounded like you were having the other day, I don't think she's going to be in there too much longer!!!

I lost mine on Tuesday and called the doctor- sometimes it means nothing- apparently the stupid thing can regenerate itself- but it is your body starting to get ready

I lost mine after hours and hours of contractions. I had the baby the next day.
But I do know that sometimes it does regenerate itself in some women and they don't have the baby right away after losing it.

first time - i lost it and had baby a day later
second time - i lost it and had baby 2 weeks later (and I was having contractions all the time too)
So I don't think you ever know!

It's so funny... my DH is so nervous thinking I'm going to go into labor at any second. LOL! He's so cute!
Even he knows that it could take weeks, but he's still thinking that it's possible. I guess I need to get a move on with baby stuff.
