United healthcare co pay question
If your doctor uses the ear tympanater, is your co pay 40 or 20 bucks?

I would say if you saw a regular DR./Ped for DC, its a regular co-pay. If an ear specialist saw DC, it would be a specialist.
I don't think its based on what service was provided as you went to a regular dr vs a specialist.

It could br $20 for office visit (if it wasnt just a monthly checkup/vaccinine appt bc you shouldnt be charged a copay for this) and $20 for that ear thing
I know DS got another hearing test last visit and I got a call from the office saying that the ins charges a copay for it.
We gave empire /uhc
