ET is scheduled for tomorrow at 1pm.
Positive thought: I get to do acupuncture before and after transfer, yay.
Not so positive thought: I am starting to obsess over my embies not thawing, I will not find out till tomorrow right before i go in, can we say ANXIETY.
Does anyone know if AFS does vitrification?

are doing acupuncture using Dasha from next door? I was thinking of doing this as well. I see a different acupuncturist but i was wondering how it works before and after the transfer? is it right in the room at AFS??

No I didn't even know they did that there! ha. I go to someone in Huntington, which is about 20min away from my house. So i am going at 930am, session usually lasts 30-40min.
Do you know if the AFS lab does vitrification. I heard if the lab does use it, there is a 97% chance that the embie will thaw. I emailed Dr. B but he never got back to me.

i am going to acupuncture the day before the transfer. my acupuncturist said its more critical right before than immediately after although im not sure why. im sure ill go later in the week as well. i did notice when i was there for my ER that AFS offers it now through the place next door, but i have no info on it.
im sorry i dont know about vitrification, im not even sure what that is (although i am sure i will google it now  ) dr. B was away all weekend, maybe he is back now? i would try emailing him again if he hasnt gotten back to you in a while.

Last I check American Fetility did not use vitrification...that was about 2 months ago.

Thanks. I wonder why not since it gives such high success rates,as opposed to the OLD slow freeze. Another thing i feel like i should have researched better, sigh, but who knew

I feel just fine, just really reallly bored. I promised my DH i would take it easy today and i didnt realize how stir crazy i would get im actually itching to do laundry, who would have thunk it....thanks for asking
