I would get everything cleaned & then send them a legal sounding letter.
If that doesn't work small claims court will cover it.

OMG i completely agree they should pay for EVERYTHING and on top of it all, they should comp you another night for a show and drinks too boot!!!!! what a jerk for being so pissy about the situation. i understand accidents happen, but they should have been kissing your feet to make you feel better.
i'll keep my fingers crossed that they do the right thing

I think they should have comped your whole night and should pay for any damages. it was clearly there fault!! Hopefully it gets ressolved.

i'd send them a certified letter, return receipt, from your attorney!!!!!!!! SCREW them! they're playing games!!!!!

thanks for the honesty. I hope your wrong though!
I guess I will give them this week and if they don't send it I will do just that. I will also include the lawyer fees. I will advise them the next time I call as well.
I don't want to play dirty but this is crazy. the other part of it now that i am thinking, why don't THEY pay me and wait for the ins money!!
